Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Declaration of Protected Areas) (The Exuma (Jewfish Cay) Marine Reserve) Order (Cap. 244).

This Order, made under section 13 of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Act, 1977, declares the Exuma (Jewfish Cay) Marine Reserve and its surrounding waters as described in the Schedule to this Order to be a protected area and prohibits fishing or removal of any fishery resource from the protected area, except with a written permission of the Minister for educational, research and scientific purposes.
