Marine Mammal Protection (General) Regulations, 2005 (Cap. 244A).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Marine Mammal Act by: (a) prescribing forms for the application for a licence or a permit to be granted under the Act; (b) prescribing fees for licences or permits; (c) requiring licensees of captive marine mammal facilities to keep records as prescribed by these Regulations; and (d) providing for the appointment of veterinarians by the Minister for purposes of controlling prescribed standards and guidelines regarding marine mammal health and husbandry.
