Plants Protection (Restriction on Imports of Fruits, Vegetables, Flowers, Plants and other Propagative Materials) (Pink Mealybug) Order, 1997 (Cap. 250).

This Order prohibits the importation of any fruits, vegetables, flowers, plants or other propagation materials into The Bahamas, either directly or indirectly, from any “declared country” (i.e. any country referred to in the Schedule to this Order).
