Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the harvesting of veld products for any purpose other than for domestic use unless a person has obtained the written permission of the Board or any person authorized by the Board. The Regulations also make provision for the confiscation of veld products in respect of which the offence was committed. “Veld products” are selected fruit, grass and root.
