Botswana Land Policy Review.

This Policy amends the Botswana Land Policy by changing or removing some paragraphs in order to facilitate efficient utilization of land to gain optimal economic value. In particular it deletes section 72 that stated "since one spouse can apply for a plot, the surviving spouse must as of right inherit their land allocations".
