Branding of Cattle (Authorized Officers) Order (Chapter 36:02).

This Order, made under the Branding of Cattle Act, declares that officers or persons referred to in the Schedule to this Order are designated as authorized officers for purposes of the Act. These designated officers are: the Director of Veterinary Services; the Deputy Director of Veterinary Services; Senior Veterinary Officers; Veterinary Officers; Senior Livestock Officers; Livestock Officers; and Stock Inspectors.
