Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, implement provisions of that Act in relation to: lodging of a complaint unfair business practice in accordance with section 7(1) and investigation by the Director of the Consumer Protection Office; failure to meet minimum specifications, performance, quality and safety standards by a supplier who offers a commodity or service to a consumer; resolution or settlement of a complaint by the Consumer Protection Office.
