Abstract
These model Bye-laws concern hawking and street vending in areas under the jurisdiction of District Councils. The Bye-laws, among other things, prohibit hawking or street vending without a certificate and define duties regarding hygiene of hawkers or vendors and prohibit certain forms of street vending and hawking.
