Abstract
These model Bye-laws contain rules for the keeping of livestock in areas under the jurisdiction of District Councils. They allow District Councils to prohibit the keeping of livestock in stables that are unfit and to prohibit the straying of troublesome animals or the keeping of bees, pigeons or poultry.
