Prescribed Charges for Water Utilities Corporation Supply Areas (Chapter 34:03).

This Order of the Water Utilities Corporation prescribes charges respect of water supplied to the waterworks areas of the Corporation. Charges include a charge on the water supplied, a deposit, a charge for a connection or a reconnection, a minimum charge on water supplied to commercial and industrial properties subject to adjustment based on actual usage and charges to be paid by consumers per unit of quantity of water supplied through a meter installed.
