Abstract
These Regulations establish a National Advisory Council on Tourism and implement provision of the Tourism Act in relation with registers to be kept by licence holders, the classification and grading of tourist enterprises and other matters. The Council shall advise the Minister on all matters concerning or related to the formulation, planning, development and administration of a national policy on tourism.
