Abstract
This Act concerns the licensing of tourism enterprises as specified in the First Schedule and establishes for this purpose the Tourist Industry Licensing Board. The Board shall also be responsible for the grading of tourist enterprises. Appeal against decisions of the Board may be had with the Minister. The Act also sets out powers of enforcement of the Director of Tourism.
