Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 23(1) of the Tourism Act, reserves certain tourism-related activities for citizens of Botswana or companies which are wholly owned by citizens of Botswana. The activities include: (a) guest houses; (b) mobile safaris; and (c) motorboats.
