Decision No. 601 of the Council of Ministers amending Decree of the Council of Ministers No.1379 validating of the List of administrative procedures implemented by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and its territorial bodies in respect of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs.

This Decree lists procedure implemented by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and its territorial bodies in respect of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. In particular, il specifies the following actions: (a) issuance of open-ended certificates for botanical collection; (b) issuance of a certificate on the establishment of limits on the procurement or purchase of wild growing plants and (or) their parts with the period of validity 1 year; (c) registration of a zoological collection in perpetuity with the issuance of an open-ended certificate of registration of a zoological collection with the assignment of a reference number thereto; (d) open-ended registration of wild animals kept and/or bred in captivity, related to species included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, or being CITES specimens, with the issuance of a certificate of registration of wild animals kept and/or bred in captivity, related to species included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, or being CITES specimens; and (e) coordination of the hunting plan related to game species limited for hunting.
