Decree of the Council of Ministers No.1379 validating of the List of administrative procedures implemented by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and its territorial bodies in respect of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs.

This Decree lists procedure implemented by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and its territorial bodies in respect of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. In particular, il specifies the following actions: (a) issuance of certificate of acknowledgement of botanical collection and particularly valuable botanical collection; (b) issuance of permits for movement through customs border of species of wild fauna and wild flora, their parts and derivatives, falling under CITES Convention; (c) issuance of permits for removal from their natural habitats of wild animals and wild growing plants recorded in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus; (d) issuance of permits for transboundary movement of wild animals and wild growing plants recorded in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Red Book of endangered species of the Russian Federation, restricted for transboundary movement; (c) issuance of permits for introduction, re-introduction and acclimatization of wild fauna species, and wild animal crossbreeding; (d) registration of zoological collections and issuance of certificates for zoological collections; (e) registration of captive keeping and breeding of wild fauna species falling under CITES Convention; (f) issuance of permits for capture of wild fauna species for captive breeding purposes; (g) issuance of permits for management of wild fauna species for scientific research and educational purposes; (h) issuance of permits for hunting of wild fauna species for the regulation of number thereof; (i) issuance of permits for movement of wild growing medicinal plants restricted for movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus; and (j) issuance of integrated environmental protection permit.
