Decree No. 109 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the forms of the acts related to testing in the laboratories of the Ministry.

This Decree validates the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of the presence of pollutants in the atmospheric air emitted by stationary sources (Annex 1) and protocol related thereto (Annex 2); the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of effluent waste water and surface water (Annex 3) and protocol related thereto (Annex 4); the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of groundwater and potable water (Annex 5) and protocol related thereto (Annex 6); the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of soil (Annex 7) and protocol related thereto (Annex 8); the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of fuel (Annex 9) and protocol related thereto (Annex 10); the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of the presence of pollutants in the atmospheric air emitted by non-stationary sources (Annex 11) and protocol thereto (Annex 12); the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of atmospheric air (Annex 13); and the form of act for selection of samples for laboratory testing of aerosoles of surface layer of the atmosphere and natural atmospheric fallout (Annex 14).
