Ministerial Decree No. 7 on forms regarding testing of pollutants.

The Annexes of the present Decree contain the following forms:: (a) Presence of pollutants in industrial emissions (Annex 1); (b) Selection of samples of effluent waste water and surface for testing and analysis (Annex 2); (c) Selection of samples of potable water for testing and analysis (Annex 3); (d) Selection of samples of soil (Annex 4); (e) Selection of solid matrices (soil, silt, waste, sediment) (Annex 7); (f) Protocol of testing of effluent waste water and surface water (Annex 9); (g) Protocol of testing of emissions into the atmospheric air from stationary sources (Annex 10); (h) Protocol of soil testing (Annex 11); (i) Protocol of testing of potable water (Annex 12); and (j) Protocol of testing of the emissions into the atmospheric air from non-stationary sources (Annex 13).
