Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of exploration conditions of minerals and (or) geothermal resources and mining conditions of minerals, excluding peat and including mineral water, thermal water and underground water resources. Geological exploration shall be based upon analysis of geological information and shall be classified as provisional (preliminary) and permanent. Mining conditions shall be based upon quality of extracted samples of minerals.
