Abstract
This decree establishes the procedure for developing mineral conditions and/or geothermal resources and assessment of operating conditions of minerals. Technical and economic substantiation of operating conditions of minerals shall be drafted for calculation of exploration of minerals. Operating conditions shall include information and data on geothermal resources and mineral resources of subsoil, spatial boundaries of geothermal and mineral deposits, assessment of the amount thereof and assessment of industrial value of deposits.
