Abstract
This Decree establishes sanitary rules and regulations setting forth requirements for vending of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs at markets. The territory of food markets must be kept constantly clean. Each row of shopping stalls must be equipped with at least one special container for collection of food waste. Territory of food markets shall be divided into three functional areas: (a) shopping; (b) administrative and storage; and (c) maintenance and support facilities. Perishable foodstuffs destined for laboratory testing shall be kept in cooling facilities. All foodstuffs traded at food market must be accompanied by sanitary food safety and food quality control documentation.
