Decree No. 82 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and sanitary regulation for organizations that receive milk and process, store and trade dairy products.

This Decree establishes requirements for processing and storage facilities related to acceptance, storage, processing, transportation and trade of milk and dairy products and shall be mandatory for all the organizations irrespectively of the form of property. All the organizations carrying out the aforesaid activities shall be subject to mandatory registration by the regional state veterinary service. Registers shall be kept at all stages of technological processes marking qualitative indices of the produce. Transportation and delivery of milk and dairy cream from organizations producing raw milk shall be carried out in sealed milk tank cars. Milk destined for manufacturing of infant food shall be supplied exclusively from special farms producing extra quality milk.
