Abstract
This Decree establishes limits for extraction of strategic and rare minerals (Annex 1), limits for water abstraction (Annex 2), limits for emissions to the atmospheric air and limits for storage and disposal of industrial waste (Annex 3). The aforesaid limits shall be set annually for nature managers by 1 February of the current year. Limits shall not be set for emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air from gas pipelines and well drills with combustion engines.
