Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes maximum extraction limits for strategic minerals (Annex 1), sets equal maximum allowable limits of emissions to the atmospheric air to emission limits set for nature managers and authorized for emission. It also establishes that limits shall not be set for emissions to the atmospheric air effluent wastewater discharge, waste storage and disposal, and also for extraction of minerals that are not subject to payment of environmental fees and charges.
