Abstract
This Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation establishes mandatory requirements, applicable to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, related to safety of work and services in the field of breeding, growing, keeping, transportation, slaughtering of livestock, disposal of carcasses of animals, manufacturing and transportation of foodstuffs of animal origin, aimed at rodent control. Deratization shall be carried out in order to eliminate rodents. Deratization shall be performed in three stages: Stage I: examination of the object for identification of the presence of rodents; Stage II: Rodent control measures; and Stage III: assessment of the effectiveness of deratization.
