Abstract
This Decree establishes that the Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall be national state body subordinated to the Council of Ministers. It shall perform the following tasks: (a) implementation of state policy in the sphere of agriculture, fisheries (including aquaculture), food production, seed growing, plant varieties, plant protection and plant quarantine, soil fertility, animal production and reproduction, veterinary, land reclamation and agricultural production; (b) improvement of economic policy and business practices; and (c) attraction of investments in agriculture.
