Abstract
The Council of Ministers, for the purpose of prevention of the spread of new infection caused by the coronavirus COVID-19, decrees to introduce on the national territory a restrictive measure – self-isolation. Self-isolation shall be intended a system of measures to ensure isolation (at home or otherwise) of those coming from the epidemic vulnerable countries, or persons who have or may have had contact with persons with infectious diseases and/or with carriers of the agents of such infectious diseases, and (or) persons in the process of recovery from the past infectious diseases. Citizens who are in self-isolation are obliged not leave their place of residence (stay), including prohibition of visit places of work (study), trade and public catering facilities, sport facilities, exhibition and concert halls, cinemas, railway stations and other places of mass stay of people, except for of the following emergencies: (a) visit to a nearby food store or pharmacy to purchase the necessary goods; and (b) removal of household waste to a nearby waste collection site.
