Abstract
This Decree establishes mandatory amendments related to keeping, growing, breeding, transportation, transfer, slaughtering of cattle, and disposal of carcasses of animals with a view of combating zooantroponoze dermatomycosis (dermatophytosis). It establishes that laboratory mycological examination of pathological material from animals with clinical signs of dermatophytosis shall be performed state veterinary institutions guided by methodical instructions on laboratory diagnostics of animal dermatophytosis. Chief veterinary inspector of the organization develops action plan for preventive measures coordinated with superior veterinary authority and subject to validation by the head of the organization.
