Abstract
This Decree establishes compulsory requirements for keeping and breeding of fur-bearing animals in cages, slaughtering and production and storage of skins of fur-bearing animals. It establishes terms and conditions for location of captive breeding farms and requirements for ensuring epizootic and epidemiological safety thereof. Introduction of fur-bearing animals to captive breeding farms shall be authorized after disinfection of farm facilities. Keeping inside captive breeding farms of waste and instruments shall be prohibited. Skins of fur-bearing animals must be kept inside clean and dry storage facilities. Captive breeding farm for fur-bearing wild animals shall function as enterprise of closed type with checkpoint and disinfection barrier.
