Abstract
This Decree establishes that horse breeding farms shall be located on the territory with enough available area for grazing. Construction of horse breeding farms on former cattle-breeding grounds, animal burial sites and manure pits shall be prohibited. Horse breeding farms shall be located no less than 3 kilometres away from horse-processing enterprises. Horse breeding farms must be kept clean and entry of unauthorized personnel shall be prohibited. Dogs and other animals must be kept off horse breeding farms. Grazing grounds and pastures shall be used for grazing of horses. Horse feed must comply with animal feed safety standards.
