Decree No. 452 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 686 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On creation and functioning of markets”.

Item 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The authorized body shall coordinate the scheme of the zoobotanical market, and markets where foodstuffs are traded, including trade of agricultural commodities, with the state veterinary service unit located in the market place”. Item 25 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The market must meet the general requirements of fire safety, sanitary and epidemiological requirements, environmental safety requirements, veterinary requirements and other legislative requirements”. Item 34 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Trading places shall be assigned in a priority order for vending of non-processed agricultural commodities and fish products by the manufacturers of these products, including physical persons that are smallholders or engage in gardening, horticulture and livestock breeding”.
