Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of elaboration and validation by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, performing economic and other activities causing negative environmental impact, of instructions for the performance of industrial inspection in the sphere of environmental protection and rational management of natural resources. The scope of industrial inspection shall be to apply environmental audit practices with a view of reduction of negative environmental impact, performance of pollution control and mitigation of the consequences of negative environmental impact.
