Decree No. 576 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Ministerial Decree No. 75 implementing Law No. 93-Z on hydrometeorological activity.

This Decree modifies the modalities of provision of hydrometeorological information by the producer thereof and submittal of the aforesaid information to the National hydrometeorological agency (BELGIDROMET) on the basis of agreement by the Parties. The agreement defines the list of hydrometeorological information, terms, methods, form of its provision, as well as the period of validity of the agreement. Amendments and (or) addenda to the agreement shall be made in accordance with the procedure established by the agreement. Request for hydrometeorological information must contain personal data of natural person or name of the addressee of the consumer of hydrometeorological information, his location and banking account data (if available), description of the requested information allowing for estimate of the composition and the amount thereof, method and form of provision of hydrometeorological information and terms of granting the requested hydrometeorological information. In case of the distribution of hydrometeorological information, produced by state hydrometeorological service, by natural and legal persons, including individual entrepreneurs, shall be made mandatory reference to state hydrometeorological service as the source of information.
