Ministerial Decree No. 75 implementing Law No. 93-Z on hydrometeorological activity.

For the timely prediction and identification of natural disasters, this Ministerial Decree requires producers of hydrometeorological data to provide the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection with assessments of hydrometeorological conditions at the regional level and to provide users with hydrometeorological data from the state hydrometeorological database. The Ministry shall keep a state register of producers of hydrometeorological data and shall control the accuracy of their data. Producers of hydrometeorological data recorded in the state register shall be issued a state registration certificate.
