Abstract
This Decree sets forth the modalities for harvesting of stumps, roots, wood juices, planting of fruits, berry and nut forest plantations, growing medicinal plants and other plant species, and procurement thereof. In forests located on the territory of protected areas this Regulation shall be applicable with the consideration of protection regime. Harvesting and procurement of stumps and roots shall be performed by any method with minimum risk for wild fauna species, natural habitats thereof and it shall require issuance of special forest management permit. Collection of wood juices shall be performed no less than five years before felling period. Procurement, collection of medicinal plants grown on fruits, berry and nut forest plantations, shall be performed by legal persons performing forest management. Grown fruits, berry, nut and medicinal plants shall be considered property of legal persons performing forest management.
