Decree No. 77 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on delimitation of forest plots allotted for forest management and transfer thereof to legal persons performing forestry.

This Decree establishes the modalities and requirements for delimitation on site of public forest plots allotted for the following types of forest management: (a) collection and procurement of non-timber products; (b) secondary forest management; (c) recreational forest uses, including tourism; and (d) forest management for scientific research and educational purposes. Delimitation shall include mapping and identification sign posting.
