Decree No. 89 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 954 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures for implementation of the Presidential Decree No. 347 “On state agrarian policy”.

This Decree establishes that allocation and distribution of budgetary funds destined for subsidies to the producers of agricultural commodities shall be performed by local government (authorized institutions) in accordance with rates set on annual basis, and shall be inserted in the local budgets as expenditure item for subsidizing agricultural producers (except for smallholders) located on the territory of the respective administrative and territorial unit.
