Decree No. 954 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures for implementation of the Presidential Decree No. 347 “On state agrarian policy”.

This Decree validates the Regulation on the procedure for compensation of losses of the producers of agricultural commodities in case of disparity of prices for industrial products, work (services), used by agricultural producers, and prices for agricultural commodities. The scope of the aforesaid Regulation shall be to ensure the equivalence of the value of agricultural commodities and the value of industrial products, works (services) used for manufacturing thereof. Compensation of losses of the producers of agricultural commodities shall be performed with the consideration of price parity index related to industrial products, works (services) used by agricultural commodity producers, and agricultural products sold by them calculated by the National Statistical Committee in accordance with the established procedure, by granting subsidies from the national budget, provided that the complete or partial reduction in the cost (compensation) of raw materials, products, works (services) and measures to regulate prices for agricultural products did not permit to maintain parity of the aforesaid prices.
