Abstract
This Decree establishes that National environmental monitoring system land monitoring, surface water monitoring, groundwater monitoring, atmospheric air and ozone layer monitoring, wild flora and wild fauna monitoring, forest monitoring, radiation monitoring, geophysical monitoring and local environmental monitoring. Environmental monitoring shall be based upon the following principles: (a) reliability and comparability of environmental monitoring data; (b) mandatory observation of environmental and anthropogenic impacts; (c) complex data processing and reporting; and (d) timeliness of reporting and exchange of information.
