Abstract
This Joint Decree establishes that legal persons and individual entrepreneurs shall attest safety and quality of commodities in the process of vending at public catering facilities, trading places and markets. Commodities subject to mandatory certification shall be attested by the original of compliance certificate and marking of packaging of commodities. Commodities subject to mandatory hygienic registration and hygienic certification shall bear inscription/marking on packaging the number of state hygienic registration and shall be accompanied by state hygienic certificate.
