Abstract
This Joint Decree establishes that trading enterprises and public catering enterprises must confirm to have passed the procedure of mandatory compliance assessment and availability documents on quality and safety of commodities on sale. For commodities subject to mandatory certification there must be available conformity certificate issued by the National conformity compliance system. For commodities subject to sanitary and hygienic expertise there must be available sanitary and hygienic conclusion. For commodities subject to veterinary supervision there must be available veterinary certification documents. For plant proception means and seeds of agricultural crops there must be available certification attesting quality thereof.
