Joint Order No. 12/26 validating the list of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs subject to inspection for the presence of GMO (and components thereof) issued by the Ministry of Public Health and by the Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Certification.

The following alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs must pass compulsory inspection for the present of GMOs and components thereof: 1) soy; 2) soybeans; 3) soy germs; 4) concentrated soy protein; 5) isolated soy protein; 6) hydrolyzate of soy protein; 7) soy meal; 8) soya-based milk; 9) soya-based dry milk; 10) canned soy; 11) boiled and toasted soy beans; 12) toasted soy meal; 13) soy-based products; 14) fermented soy products; 15) soy paste; 16) soy sauce; 17) soya-based milk products; 18) maize; 19) maize-based products; 20) frozen and canned maize.
