Abstract
The document consists of 5 Sections that contain 22 Articles. The present Law regulates relations in the sphere of energy saving for the purpose of more efficient use of fuel and energy resources. Energy saving is a priority of state policy in the solution of energy problem at the national level. Subjects of relations in the sphere of energy saving are legal and natural persons carrying out energy production, transformation, transport, storage and utilization of all fuel and energy resources, development and use of non-traditional and renewable sources of energy. The main principles of state management in the sphere of energy saving are: a. enforcement of rational use of fuel and energy resources; b. carrying out state environmental audit of projected activity in the sphere of energy complex; c. creation and wide utilization of ecologically pure and safe energetic technologies. Special national fund “Energy saving” shall be set up for the financing of arrangements of energy saving.
