Law No. 357-Z amending some laws.

Article 12 of the Law No. 93-Z on hydrometeorological activity shall be amended to add the following wording: financing of the activities of the state hydrometeorological service, carried out at the expense of funds of the national and local budgets, payments of consumers of hydrometeorological information, other sources in accordance with the legislation shall be applicable to the holders of hydrometeorological information, consumers of hydrometeorological information, producers of hydrometeorological information, including government bodies and other organizations, performing work on actively influencing meteorological and other geophysical processes in the manner and under the conditions determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus. Subsoil Code (Law No. 406-Z) shall be amended to add the following wording: legal entities and individual entrepreneurs interested in obtaining a mining allotment shall submit an application for the provision of a mining allotment to the authorized local executive and administrative body, the park administration; the application shall indicate the purpose for which the mining allotment is requested, and its intended location; a draft substantiation of the boundaries of the mining allotment shall be attached to the application (with the exception of amber mining, the development of deposits of which on an industrial scale is economically inexpedient).
