Abstract
Article 75 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 75. Aviation protection of forests. For timely identification of forest fires and extinguishing thereof aviation protection of forests shall be set up. It shall be the competence of the Ministry on Emergency Situations. Forest aviation protection area shall be defined by the authorized state forestry institution. Regulation on aviation protection of forests shall be validated by the Council of Ministers. Aviation protection of forests unit shall be provided with hydrometeorological information.”
