Ministerial Decree No. 1031 on keeping forest register.

Public forest register is an information system containing economic, ecological and social data related to public forest and has as its purpose ensuring access to information of the forest managers and other parties concerned. Public forest register contains specific data regarding forest areas, the stock of timber, forest inventory, rates of forest productivity and the stock of non-timber resources. The Forestry Committee shall be authorized to keep the public forest register and report data contained therein by 1 January of the year following data collection period.
