Ministerial Decree No. 1032 validating the Regulation on state registration of forest fund.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of state registration of forest fund with a view of rational management, conservation, protection thereof and reproduction of forests, methodical control over quantitative and qualitative changes of forest fund and provision with reliable data on forest resources of natural and legal persons concerned. State registration represents continuing documented data collection on the state of forest fund and changes therein. State registration shall be carried out by the Forest Ministry, its territorial branches and by legal persons carrying out forest management. Registration units shall be area, amount (stock) of standing timber, extent of transportation routes and fire prevention facilities.
