Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that divisions and departments of the Ministry of Forest Management shall be responsible for the issuance to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of the following documentation: (a) felling authorization for timber extraction and logging; (b) authorization for the procurement of fuelwood; (c) procurement of planting materials of forest species and shrubbery outside public forest fund; (d) procurement of non-timber products; and (e) authorization for allocation of plots of forest for scientific research and experimental forest management.
