Abstract
The present Regulation establishes the modalities of licensing of the management of natural resources to be carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. The following activities shall be subject to licensing: (a) hunting; (b) management of ozone depleting substances; (c) well sinking up to twenty metres deep; (d) waste management of 1-3 categories; (e) environmental audit. The period of validity except for hunting licence shall be five years and it can be extended for the subsequent five-year period. Hunting licence shall be issued for the period of ten years with the subsequent extension for another ten-year period. The competitors applying for licence shall submit the following: (a) copy of lease contract to hunting grounds (applicants for hunting licence); (b) certificate of the scope and the amount of ozone depleting substances to be used (applicants for the management of ozone depleting substances); (c) reference of the availability of equipment (applicants for well sinking); (d) copy of technical requirements for the commodities produced with the recycling of waste (applicants for waste management); (e) qualification reference (applicants for environmental audit).
