Ministerial Decree No. 48 amending Ministerial Decree No. 1371 on licensing of the management of natural resources.

Subitem 11.7 of the item 11 of the Ministerial Decree No. 1371 on licensing of the management of natural resources shall acquire a new wording: “Environmental audit shall be carried out by the authorized personnel certified as environmental auditors ensuring non-disclosure of confidential information related thereto except for case when economic activity of the customer can cause negative environmental impact.”
