Ministerial Decree No. 466 validating the forms of contract for lease of hunting grounds and fishing areas.

The contract for lease of hunting areas specifies type of hunting ground (forest, field, water and marsh), total hunting area and boundaries thereof, number of hunting species and establishes the rights and the duties of the Parties. The contract for lease of fishing area specifies the length and fishing area within waterbody, class and type thereof, establishes boundaries of fishing area and establishes the rights and the duties of the Parties.
